Playmaker Boot Camp™

Half and Full Day

  • For professionals in communications, social media, marketing, sales, politics and military information operations.
  • A half-day or full-day basic training conducted by a Playmaker Certified Consultant.
  • Challenges attendees to analyze the plays and play action of their industry, particularly the habits and moves of competitors and partners as well as the playmakers of their own organization.
  • Reviews the component parts of the Taxonomy of Influence Strategies, focusing on the individual illustrated play types, definitions, prescribed uses, and their associated risks.
  • With pre-drawn Play Action Maps, Playmaker consultants present case studies to connect attendees with real world influence strategy.
  • Attendees receive a signed copy of The Elements of Influence, Playmaker infographics, visors and tech shirts.

  • Attendees may use the interactive Taxonomy of Influence Strategies to drill down, analyze and anticipate influence plays in their marketplace — strategies that are being run by them, for them, with them and against them.
  • Reviews in detail the component parts of the taxonomy, focusing on the individual illustrated play types, definitions, prescribed uses, and their associated risks and rewards.
  • Introduces Cycles of Influence, two hand-in-glove methodologies that explain how plays are conceived, introduced and managed in realtime for competitive and collaborative advantage, and Factors of Influence, a four-part reference of variables that control a marketplace.
